In order to help our Directors during this COVID time we are piloting a version of the CMS event registration which will not require the Club Directors to collect any money from Parents or Staff. Each type of Club Member (Staff, Adventurer, Parents, Staff Children) has a set of instructions that must be followed by the Director/Secretary before their Club Members are able to register in this NEW individual & independent way.
In order for anyone to register Directors/Secretaries MUST do the following first:
Add/Update ALL Club Member (Staff, Adventurers, Parents etc) in CMS. Please see the links to the right for specific details for each type of Club Members.
Items will be mailed to the Directors – Please have your mailing address in CMS Updates as well. Please plan on how to distribute the items to your Club Families. We will email you a list of all those who registered and what items they purchased. Shirts will be shipped by Nov. 16 in order for you to arrange distribution before the event. Patches will be shipped after the event.
